Welcome to The Living Spiral™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, app, and any sessions, content, or services offered by The Living Spiral™ ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website, using our app, or booking any session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are
The Living Spiral™ is a spiritual, energetic, and personal development practice offering soul scans, intuitive readings, guided clearing sessions, and related digital tools via our app and website.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use our website, app, or services.

3. Accounts
When you register for an account (Free or Subscriber tier), you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login details secure
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriber-tier access is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout).
• Prices are shown clearly before purchase and are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store, and Google Play once available) or our website payment provider.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain Subscriber access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods, with reasonable notice given in advance.

5. What's Included

• Free tier includes access to features such as Today's Card, Mood tracking, Flow log, Intention and Manifestation Diary, Self-Love Diary, Breathe Timer, and Today's Affirmation.
• Subscriber tier additionally includes Daily Clearing, Full Session, Personalised Reports, Chart Progress, Session Patterns, Save & Resume, Badges, and the full Glossary.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the app develops; we'll aim to communicate meaningful changes through the app's "What's New" updates.

6. Nature of the Service
As set out in our Disclaimer, the guidance, sessions, and content offered are for personal growth and reflection purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and results are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Disclaimer for full details.

7. Your Content
Any journal entries, mood logs, diary entries, or other personal content you create within the app remain private to you. We do not read, share, or use this content, except as necessary to operate the app (e.g. secure storage) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the app or website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our chart system, session content, or app functionality
• Behave disrespectfully or disruptively toward other members of our community
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, chart systems, branding (including "The Living Spiral™" name and Anima character), session materials, and app design are the property of The Living Spiral™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Platforms
Our app is made available via the Apple App Store and (in future) Google Play, and is subject to their respective terms of use in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these platforms.

11. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the app, our services, or legal requirements. Continued use of the app or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be flagged where reasonably possible.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Living Spiral™ and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of the website, app, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
